FTP Backups Default Directory Path Issue

Post by Brooks »

Hello,

We're at version 5.2.3 (Trial version). I'm trying to configure the scheduled backups via FTP to a windows server FTP server and shared folder called (just an example) nagios (windows share would be //servername/sharename/subfolder/nagios

- The FTP Username tests fine with no issues to the ip address of the FTP server

- When I try the "Test Upload" I get an error "error uploading file. Directory given may not exist". I've tried different paths (listed below) with no luck. What should the correct path be?

(Paths that i've tried)
/sharename/nagios
/sharename/parentfolder/nagios
/sharename/parentfolder/subfolder/nagios
/nagios
\nagios
/\nagios

Thanks in advance,
Bob

disregard. I just needed to check "passive mode" and then the following path worked: /nagios/
