Server Stats Dashlet

We have a read-only user setup to display a noc/overview dashboard on a large monitor. The user is configured with minimal permissions (Can see all hosts and services, Can see/control monitoring engine, Has read-only access). Whenever this user tries to view the Server Stats dashlet we get the following error:

"You are not authorized to access this feature. Contact your Nagios XI administrator for more information, or to obtain access to this feature."

Is there a way to allow a user with minimal access to view the Server Stats dashlet or is this only available to admins?
