Long check output (>255) and dropped State History

This definitely brings up the possibility of a report that specifically lists Output Changes though

Why can this 'feature' not become integrated in the current state history component? Creating another report for output changes seems like overkill and unnecessary?

It could be integrated into the current state history. As for the best way to do this, it's up to the developers.
