Can you log in (masquerade in) as the user who didn't receive host recovery notifications, and check his/her notification preferences? Is "Host Recovery" check-box selected?

Had an issue where a server was restarted.. got the notifications saying there was an issue with the services.. But no notification of recovery
So, in your first post you said that you didn't receive a notification on recovery. This is no longer a problem as you are receiving recovery notifications now, correct? What is the specific issue that you are currently having?But I have received recovery mails since on this service & server

ok, sorry.
on the 15/02 I had an issue, it then didnt send a recovery email
After the 15th I have since received recovery messages about a new issues with the service
That clearer?

If this is no longer occurring it will be difficult to determine what might be causing it. We would need to catch it in the act, or very shortly after in order to get accurate information.
