Nagios thinks 2 NICs are unplugged with Half-height blades

Yes.

You should investigate why they are disconnected. Perhaps they are not used which is fine, but if they are not used they should not be assigned to the switch.

Thank you for the help. Management decided upon just disable those NICs from the switch.
