We have a team that wants to micromanage their environment on our Nagios XI installation...
Long story short is there a way I can grant users access to have Admin rights on say specific Host groups? Or is there another way you'd recommend managing very specific admin access?
I'd like to give them the keys to their specific environment without giving them keys to the whole server if you get me.

If you provided these users with access to the CCM, they would be "full admins", and this is not what you want...
You best option would be to use security settings as in the example below:
Next, add these users as monitoring contacts to ALL hosts, members of your hostgroup. The Bulk Modifications tool can save you some time in this case:
