Samsung TV (Sorry,Dave)

Post by imarket »

At work we have 2 Samsung TV that project are Nagios system on them. When the time change happened over the weekend, one of the 2 TVs no longer is working and we are getting an "NSP: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that". I went and cleared all the history and cache and looked to see if the clock is in sync. All looks good. What else could be a cause of this error? They are both Samsung and only 1 went down.

Can you verify the time was updated on the TV? I know there might be an option for 'observe daylight savings time'.

Yes the time was set on Auto Day. I have tried to manually set the time to the Nagios clock as well and nothing has worked.

Could is possibly be the Chrome browser is out of date? The TV won't let me update the browser.

The TV would be in the settings somewhere (hard to tell you over a forum for a specific brand), and XI's system can be changed using the following guide -
