Is there a way to move it to an invite/approved only board? I'd hate to track this through gitHub.

I would have to make and then maintain an invite-only board, and that's a hassle. We'd also need to moderate it, which would require some internal workflow changes. TL;DR - Please github it or go through direct email :)
