Can you elaborate? Show us an "example" screenshot. You can modify the "Home" dashboard, and modify the "Home" page via the "Home Page Modification" component.
Admin->Manage Components->Home Page Modification->Edit Settings
If you want to do bigger changes - change fonts, styling, add/remove menus, etc. you would be on your own as this is not going to be a supported Nagios XI instance. In addition to this, your changes will be wiped out on the next upgrade.
