Since the /etc/mrtg/conf.d/10.0.0.50.cfg file is missing on your system, that file creates the rrd files needed for your checks and that is why it is failing.
Can you re-run the Network Switch / Router Wizard for that device and see if that resolves the issue?
Also, make sure you are running the latest version of the Wizard by going to Admin > Manage Config Wizards screen, check for updates and install it if it needs to be updated.

I'd like to continue in one or the other - merging will create tons of confusion since the posts will not make sense.
