NagiosXI: problem with Netowrk Switch/Router monitoring wiz

Except first few attemp, now whenever i try to add a switch/hardware using "Network Switch/Router Monitoring wizard" it keeps on displaying progress bar with statement
Waiting for configuration verification......................................................................................

it never ends. I have to kill it by clicking on somewhere else.

Though that node get added successfully. Any idea, how to fix it? nagiosxi restart not working.

Are you using SSL by any chance? Can you post a screenshot of your Admin -> System Settings page for us to take a look at?

Additionally, please post your /etc/hosts file

This is not a regular behavior. Some time it takes less than a min to verify the config and sometime it keeps on running. And no, SSL is not in use. we are using HTTP.

Besides, how to insert image here ?

Use the Upload attachments section. We will need both the screenshot I requested, as well as your /etc/hosts file.
