Hi all
Does anybody know if Nexus 1000v is supporting NetFlow?
Has someone any experience with Nexus 1000v in combination with Nagios Network Analyzer?

The 1000v should support NefFlow, as per this guide:

I've not personally used it however if it has the standard Cisco based configurations then our documentation should work fine:
