Not Receiving Email Notifications For Mass acknowledgement

Dear Team,

We are not receiving the email notifications when we are performing the mass acknowledgement to alerts. We are receiving the email alerts for the same service if we do a normal acknowledgment. Nagios Version is Nagis XI 5.2.8

When you "mass acknowledge", do you select the "Notify" check-box?

We didn't selected that check box, will check that and update you.
