Need help configuring Nagios/OTRS intergration

Okay, so finally OTRS is recieving emails...

However this is the log it gave;

It looks like the script is having problems creating the URL link in the email.
Can you login to the Nagios Server run the following command and post the output?

Appoligies for not coming back sooner. I'm due to install the system again on new hardware, and will attempt to get this running asap. If you want to close the case and i'll relog once i have everything re-configured.
