Email alerts after every 15 minutes

Hello,

Its great learning experience with nagios xi team and exploring this tool on daily basis. I am very thankful for everyone.

I have configured all my services with following notification plan.

I got email alert immediately after service degradation but second alert is received as per below configurations

If problem persist.

Send a notification every 60 minutes until the problem is resolved.

Is there any way to change this value to 15 minutes for all services/ host/services. Otherwise I will have to manually change this on one by one service.

Do you want to modify the first notification delay value? You can set this value for all hosts/services (in bulk) via the Bulk Modifications Tool.

If you wanted to modify the notification interval, you could do this too.

The Bulk Modifications tool ships with Nagios XI Enterprise edition. If you didn't want to purchase Enterprise, you could enable a 60-day, fully functional trial, and get the job done.

I have checked instantly, it just allow me to select a host which would be used as template or which we need to clone etc.

Kindly elaborate it little more so I could execute it.

You would actually want to change the notification_interval.

Please go to Configure > Core Config Manger > Tools > Bulk Modifications
- Click Change a Single Config Option
- Select notification_interval from the dropdown
- Set the value to 15
- Click the Select Services button and add all the services you want or use the other methods for selecting the services.
- Click the Save Changes button
- Click the Apply Configuration button

I had followed your suggested way but Found the below popup.

I am unable to move, someone recommend me to have a trial of 60 days and get my job done.

Sorry but we do not extend the trail period. You'll need to contact [email protected] about obtaining the enterprise edition.
