Import event chain not working in nagios reactor

I exported an event chain as a backup,it got exported as JSON file.After importing back again it showed me the message ,that the event chain got imported successfully but when i clicked on edit workflow option of the imported event chain ,I found that the workflow steps were not there.I even cross checked the JSON file which was imported it had all the workflow steps.
Please suggest in this context.

Judging by your process, the issue you bring up sounds like a bug to be honest. Unfortunately, support for Reactor has been removed as it was discontinued.
