Monitoring Avamar Jobs

I think there was already such a subject, but is now locked.
I am looking for a way to monitor my avamar jobs, and User DGPearce once proposed a solution :

Hi,

I monitor the status of backup jobs from avamar with Nagios:

To get these sort of messages daily:

CRITICAL 2 job(s) Failed - 2 job(s) completed with Exceptions - 0 server(s) in the schedule does not exist and 90 job(s) completed successfully
*server w* backup job failed - Summary : Command failed: Miscellaneous error
*server x* backup job failed - Summary : Too many pre-existing snapshots will not permit a backup or restore.
*server y* backup job Completed with Exception - Summary : Command completed with errors, client log should be examined
*server z* backup job Completed with Exception - Summary : Command completed with errors, client log should be examined

Is that the sort of thing you were thinking of?

The fact is this is exactly what I am looking for. Can this User or anyone recommand a reliable plugin , please?

That closed thread appears to be the state-of-the-art right now. If you don't like any of the solutions there, you might want to look at developing a custom plugin: https://nagios-plugins.org/doc/guidelines.html

Of course, we can keep this open for community input.
