snmp questions

I am trouble shooting this on a net-snmp level.
check this out:
snmptranslate -IR -On NetSureMIB.txt
reply
Unknown object identifier: NetSureMIB.txt

snmptranslate -m -IR -On NetSureMIB.txt
MIB search path: /home/fvaught/.snmp/mibs:/usr/share/snmp/mibs
Cannot find module (IR): At line 0 in (none)
NetSureMIB.txt: Unknown Object Identifier (Sub-id not found: (top) -> NetSureMIB)

ok I am good, I am not sure what I did to solve the problem, I did re-download the mib and add it. maybe that did it.
