How to Configure & Monitor Netapp ontap Storage in Nagios XI

I want to configure and Monitor Netapp ontap storage in Nagios xi tool . Please explain full procedure .

Any Netapp configuration wizard is available , please provide path.

I have check_netapp_ontap.pl plugin installed but how to create command for that.
