Reactor replaced by Rundeck

Just fyi, after 8 months I was finally able to kill our Reactor server and replace it with Rundeck. Removed the Nagios XI integration, actions etc.

For people who are interested in a good, free and open source automation replacement, check out Rundeck.

No I haven't (yet). Really short on time though, so I'm not making any promises...
