Ops Cmd Center Screen - State Type Hard not showing

We use the ops command center screen, when we hide soft state hosts, then we cant see the devices that are in hard state type

as you can see you can see 17 host up and 2 down. the ones that are down are actually hard down.

What version of XI is this system running, I validated on 5.4.2 and it's working properly on mine, is there anything special about the hosts (non-alphanumeric characters in the names, no services attached to them, etc)? Are they listed below with any of their services?

If you go to XI > Admin > Manage Components > Operations Center what version are you running?

The current version is 1.1.0. Can you update it and report your results?
