Hello,
I would like to create a service configured as follows.
Step 1) Display on a monitor the critical service-related and hosts so that a first support helpdesk services can intervene.
Step 2) If the problem is not resolved within a set time, I would like to disappear (automatically) from view for the helpdesk first level of the critical signaling and show it instead to a second-level help desk.
It's possible to do it?
Thank you
Moving "Critical" from HDesk1Lev. to HDesk2Lev.

If i'm understanding correctly, you could do this via the "Problems" page:Step 1) Display on a monitor the critical service-related and hosts so that a first support helpdesk services can intervene.
Escalations are probably a good way to handle that:Step 2) If the problem is not resolved within a set time, I would like to disappear (automatically) from view for the helpdesk first level of the critical signaling and show it instead to a second-level help desk.

Though the "automated" part of it is much trickier. You might have to develop some sort of custom cron job to watch outstanding problems.
You might also look at multi-tenancy within Nagios Core. This is a pretty good presentation on the topic:

Hello,
as regards the need to have a video escalation, I used panorama view that allows you to create dashboards where it is possible to select, among other things, also the duration of the event. So I created two dashboard, the first with duration = <24h and the second with duration> = 24h. The passage of events from one dashboard is automatic.
Thanks for the link on Youtube, I found it very interesting and gave me many ideas that I will use in my work.
Thank you

Glad you were able to find the information helpful. Was there anything further we can help with on this?
