Hello,
I am using Nagios core 3.5.1 version, How to start my work to collect CPU utilization and Disk free space for all internet and sys admin servers .
What is the easiest way to start to collect the above stats.
There is way to create log files in server by writing Linux command and I think there is no restful API for this version ?
can anyone help me to move forward to work on this, I searched for lot of hours on this but I did not find away to start it.
Thanks

We are going to need to know more info. Are your servers Windows, Linux, or something else? In both cases, you can use NCPA: https://www.nagios.org/ncpa/ If you are in a mixed environment, I would suggest separate forum threads for each operating system you are trying to monitor.
If NCPA doesn't work for you, NRPE could be of use: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... e/NRPE.pdf (although you'll also need NSClient, which we did not write, on Windows)
There are almost 4200 plugins at https://exchange.nagios.org/ so you can usually find what you need there.
If you are just getting started, I would highly suggest using 4.3.2 rather than the very old 3.5.1: https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=96
