Event Forwarding from one Nagios Server to another

Hi, During our pre-sales conversations with Nagios, we had a conversation around the ability to forward events from one server to another, (in the case of active/standby, and from one "subordinate" server to a main primary server.)
I made a note about Outbound Transfers and promptly forgot all the details around this.. Is this a feature that is documented or am I in uncharted territory??

What we would like to do is:
1) keep our backup servers servers synced with current messages that we see on our primary (active) server. (we have Enterprise Licenses, and have a hot/cool standby setup planned)
2) forward messages from satellite server (on in our Test Env and one in a restricted access area) out to our primary server, where it can be forwarded for escalation. (trouble ticketing/callout)
We would prefer not to have callouts coming from our satellitte systems, but from one centalized system
