Hello,
I'm checking options of monitoring tool to purchase. And I'm pretty satisfied with Nagios, however SLA report is showing me 100% availability whenever I'm using custom period.
How can I calculate SLA properly for custom period?

What version of XI are you using? You can grab it from the bottom left hand side of the web interface.
Also, please post a screenshot of the report options you have selected (click the advanced dropdown as well so we can see those selected options).
Thank you

The task is an internal number so you will not be able to track it.
The best thing to do is when an new version of XI is released, there should be an entry about the SLA report getting the bug fixed.
