Hi Team,
In order to add a new server/services, we have to add that server first into CMS database from tools and then it will reflect under “xxx - Monitoring Wizard”
Step 1:
Under tools we have an option to add server to CMS database. Attached is the screenshot(img001).
Step 2:
Once the server is added it automatically reflects under “XXX - Monitoring Wizard”. Attached is the screenshot(img002).
Issue that we are facing is :
Whenever we are clicking on the “XXX - Add application environment details to CMS” a login page is coming but after that a blank page is coming.
After clicking on “XXXX - Monitoring Wizard” a prompt is coming rather than the normal behavior “Your session has timed out.”. In the existing instance the below mentioned page comes. Attached the screenhsot (img003).
Please help us on the and if possible please schedule a webex session anytime tomorrow as we are already a customer of Nagios. This is basically affecting the whole infrastructure of ours and it is bit urgent.
Let us know in case if any more details are required.

Re: Nagios New Instance Issue!!
All of these links you are seeing in the Tools menu are not part of Nagios XI and have been added you your or your administrator.
We do not have knowledge of how they work as they are custom to your environment and not part of Nagios XI

There may be but it would come from your internal IT department.keerthiprashanths wrote:Yes..

These pages are not created by Nagios, and as such we do not have the documentation for them.
Sorry we cannot be of assistance.
