The screenshot you showed earlier of the notification preferences, were you logged in as the vinish user when showing them?
Can you also click the "Account Information"
Yes

No, I was logged in with nagiosadmin. User "vinish" is created under contacts.

Just now, I have created one more user from "Admin -> Manage Users -> Add new user" and added to that user for receiving notification . Now, started receiving notification from the set email address. ""Nagios Alerts <[email protected]>""

But why it is not working If I am creating a user from contacts??

contacts can not use the xi_notification handlers. users must be created and assigned in order to use it.

the logic behind it is there are other internal XI metrics associated with using the xi_notification command, and having a contact does not suffice.

Additionally, contacts whe using the other commands just use the system mail program from the command line and do not use the mail setting you setup using the Admin -> Mail Settings page
