Graphs not updating

That is bizzarre, somehow it updated and over wrote.
Just to make sure where 1.3.8 came from you may need to run the following to see if it was going by a different name

yum list installed |grep rrdtool

If there is one, I would probably remove it and then re-compile because any repository update to that package will clobber the version you just installed
