If that's what happened, you have two options:
1. Uncheck the box
2. Clear your browser cache.

Where is the check box to disable cached credentials? At this point, I think just reloading is going to take less time.

Go to http://YOURSERVER/nagiosxi/admin/users.php (change to your actual server address)
Click on the edit icon to the right of the user in question.
Under the authentication section at the bottom left, you should see the option.
