max virtual disk size? ext3 vs ext4 issues

I downloaded it straight from that site, your site, no where else.

this is ESXi v6.0

as you can see from screenshot, its ext3 on both the old server and the new server.

looks like the partition table is msdos?? looking like I have two different issues.

so the newly created OVA, does show ext4 as the filesystem when I do mount or file -SL /dev/sda1

however, cfdisk shows Linux ext3

df -T also shows ext4

think the 2TB limitation is coming from the msdos partition, since its not GPT.
