Updated install, but it didn't update..(1.9->2.1)

Yesterday, I followed the upgrade instructions as seen here: http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... ctions.pdf

However, I'm still showing that our system is running 1.9, not 2.1.

Is there an additional step that I'm missing that isn't listed in the instructions?

Can you try clearing the /tmp directory of any of the following files:

/tmp/nagiosxi
/tmp/xi-*.tar.gz

Then try downloading the tarball once more and running the upgrade.

is there a log file that I could check to see if something hung up the first time?

the log file should be in /tmp/nagiosxi/install.log

One thing to note, if all went well, to complete the upgrade you usually need to log out of the web interface and log back in,
