Hello There,
We recently upgraded NCPA to 2.1.x and started noticing Windows Counters Service checks not going through.
Even when trying to load the 'windowscounters' API Endpoint in NCPA Dashboard for any server with NCPA 2.1.x, it just keeps trying to load. Nothing happens.
Please suggest if anyone faced similar issue with NCPA 2.1.x upgrade and what steps were taken to fix.
Thank You.

@scottwilkerson, We tried downloading and installing NCPA 2.1.3, but strangely Symantec Antivirus is detecting Security Risk "WS.Reputation.1" on the exe.
Please see the attached screenshot.
Please suggest if there is any alternate location I can download the agent from?
Thank You.

Re: Windows Counters Service Checks not working after NCPA 2
I'm not sure about why Symantec Antivirus would flag that other than the fact that it opens ports on the system
Re: Windows Counters Service Checks not working after NCPA 2
Frankly, I'd trust my software vendors over Symantec's "reputation score".
I actually got to meet the guy who managed the team that built Symantec's machine-learned reputation stuff at a conference ~3 years ago. It works really well for big stuff (think "coupon printers"), not so much for the odd vendor provided agent/subsystem.

@Sampath.Basireddy Let us know if upgrading NCPA to version 2.1.3 resolved the issue with Windows performance counters.
In regards to the Symantec notification - this should be resolved as well. We just received a response from Symantec. For more details, go to: https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/ncpa/issues/442
Thank you!
