Sure, the environment i set on root and nagios user long time already.

@junqian1992, I see you have opened a ticket for the same issue in our ticketing system? If so I will be closing this thread. In the future please only open one or the other so we can focus our efforts. Thank you!

I just receive the login ID and password for the nagios ticket system after i create a ticket at here.
