XI Cron Jobs starting multiples process

Hi Team

My Xi Server are starting multiples cron jobs for event handler and nom, dbmaint consuming all server memory.

[root@SAOMW2005 ~]# ps -ef |grep cron -c
38
[root@SAOMW2005 ~]#

Any idea of what is the root cause for this?

These cron jobs run critical parts of Nagios XI, but should use very little memory. They are required for XI to function properly.
