Hi Team,

seems that OAS manager consumes lot of memory and OAS manager service is related with McAfee also i have checked with our concern team they asked to which Nagios service needs to exclude from the McAfee scanning.
so i request you to suggest all possible Nagios services which needs to exclude from scanning.

Please know that, if the OAS manager is continually causing any issues further down the road it is not because of XI.

I would recommend to exclude all nagios directories from the security policy(or even turn off the antivirus for a while to see if it improves performance.):

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagios/
/usr/local/nagiosxi/
/usr/local/nrdp/
/usr/local/nrdp/nsis/
/usr/local/nagiosmobile/
And, if you're using a ramdisk:

Code: Select all

/var/nagios/ramdisk/

Was the OAS manager turned off?

Could you send post or PM us a new profile?

XI Home Page --> Click "Admin" --> Under System Config click "System Profile" --> Click "Download Profile"
Then you can attach that zip file here.

If you receive a profile build fail, then please follow the instructions listed in this KB article.

Thanks.
