Is there a dashlet that show the inactive hosts, services and etc.

Can you clarify what you mean by "inactive"? Inactive as in the Active column for the host or service monitor is set to "No" in the CCM(Configure > Monitoring > Hosts/Services), or inactive as in the host or service hasn't sent data in a long time?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
