Hi,
did you come to a solution to this issue?
I am experiencing the same problems with downtimes that have a real duration of more that 10 hours showing only 9h 6m 7s with Nagios XI 5.4.13 since we updated some weeks ago.

Re: Bug in scheduled downtime on XI
I believe this to be resolved in 5.5.1
Re: Bug in scheduled downtime on XI
This issue is also solved in the mentioned version.
I have two environments that had a different version before I upgraded to 5.4.13 and in 1 it is working.
But I cannot find out what is the difference now.

Re: Bug in scheduled downtime on XI
Are you experiencing a displayed time of 9h 6m 7s on a downtime that was scheduled after upgrading to 5.5.1?
Re: Bug in scheduled downtime on XI
No, only on one of two systems that were both upgraded to 5.4.13 .
5.5.x is too new for us to deploy in our production systems.
