Encountered Users Not able to Login to Nagios XI Server

Encountered problem, users reported not being able to log into Nagios XI server using AD credentials.
Server admin found following error:
[:error] [pid 26814] [client 10.190.69.7:23288] PHP Warning: ldap_bind(): Unable to bind to server: Can't contact LDAP server in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/ldap_ad_integration/adLDAP/src/adLDAP.php on line 714,

Server Admin checked for firewall rules being disabled or network issues. Firewalls rules not disabled no issues with network reported.
Server Admin needed to reboot Nagiox XI server and that resolved the issue, users were able to log into Nagios XI server.
Would like to prevent this from happening in the future. Is there a permanent fix that can be applied?

Hello, @lyokosh. There could be multiple possible causes for this error. We do have an article for troubleshooting LDAP issues in NagiosXI:

I suggest turning on the debug logging and then looking at the /var/log/httpd/error_log when this issue happens again.
