Nagios BBMap Dashboard is overlapping

Hi Team,

On Nagios XI BBMap for Windows servers Dashboard is getting overlapped. Please suggest how to extend the view so that host name should not get overlap on services status.

What is the version of Nagios XI and the BBMap component that you are currently using? You check check the component's version by going to:

Admin > System Extensions > Manage Components

Have you made any modifications to the system that could've had an impact on the front end? Do you see the same behavior in all browsers? Do you see any errors in the apache error log, when you load the page?

Hi Team,

We have not made any changes in front end view. Also please find attached screenshots for Nagios XI and BBMap version. Please let us know if we have to install any updated versions for this.

I am not sure why the latest available version is shown as 5.4.4... Nagios XI 5.5.3 was released on 08/28/2018.

Is your XI in an offline environment?

You XI version and subsequently, the version of the BBMap component is old. You are using ver. 1.1.7, but the latest version of the BBMap component is 1.2.0. I would recommend that you upgrade your Nagios XI instance to the latest. Thank you!
