Nagios XI - Unable to view the IP/URL

Hi,

I am new to Nagios and I have installed Nagios XI in my local windows machine using the downloads from https://www.nagios.com/downloads/nagios-xi/microsoft/. Iam using VM player to open Nagios XI and when I use Office Intranet network, I donot get the IP/URL to access web interface but when I connect personal internet I am able to see the IP/URL to access web interface.

I tried to setting proxy in /etc/yum.conf and /etc/wgetrc but no luck. Could you please help me in using Nagios XI within the Intranet network.

If you enter in "ifconfig" in the command line, is there an ip address?

@PSSR, If the ifconfig command doesn't show an IP address you may need to choose a different network interface in the VM settings.

Is there a local network administrator on site to help you configure intranet settings?
