These permissions look correct, lets looks at the following commands:

I'm not sure why you are getting that error, but for the immediate fix, you can open the zip and grab the noc/dashlets/open_host_problems.php file and replace the file on your server found at

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosfusion/html/includes/components/noc/dashlets/open_host_problems.php

That file contains the fix.

The new component is working greate!

I have another problem with the dashboard "Open Problems Summary".
This dashboard show me the all hosts and services which are down in all my customers and not just what I can see in the Fusion )like in Fusion 2014).
I need that this dashboard will show only the hosts and services which appear in the Fusion at the same time.

Can you please provide the same component like before with my request?

Do you mean the "Show Unhandled" is also showing those in downtime in this dashlet as well?

for the Open Problem dashlets, there isn't any way to select a sub-set of hosts/services other than by Nagios XI server.
