Nagios XI integration with HP service Manager

We are planning to Integrate Nagios with HP service Manager. Does NagiosXI support integration with HPSM, and also is there any documentation for doing so ?

Hello, @MOHANREDDY. I'm not familiar with the HPSM platform. You can take a look on the Nagios exchange https://exchange.nagios.org/ for all third-party plugins that we have, but a quick search didn't show anything particular. What parameters are you looking to monitor on the HPSM system?

Hello,@npolovenko. I am not looking for plugins to monitor HP Service Manager. I am looking to Integrate Nagios XI with HP service Manager to open incident Tickets based on the events happened in Nagios, so i would like to know whether Nagios supports HP service Manger to do so or not?

XI doesn't have built-in support for HP service manager, here is the closest thing that I found but there is not a pre-built solution for this that I can find:

You can have XI send SNMP traps by going to Admin > Manage Components > SNMP Trap Sender > Edit Settings but I'm unsure if HPSM supports it.
