Protected multilib versions problem

Post by axvers »

Hi support,

When we tried to install Nagios XI by the 'fullinstall' script you provided, it said some errors about wrong rpm version.

After we put all rpms with right versions, it showed the messages (attachment).

what should we do?

OS:
- centos 7.4 64-bit

It looks like you downloaded the i686 version for you x86_64 system.

We eventually let the server auto-install rpms from Internet.

Note:
Even run the 'fullinstall' script in online env, it still had some error like: Failed to auto-download dependencies from redhat.
We solved this after installed the unixODBC rpm.

Thanks!
