upgrade to 3.1.1 failed

I just tried to upgrade and got the following after following the upgrade PDF. Please help.. p.s. I tried to go to customer forum but it said I have no access even though we are customers.
btw, its a vm image from nagiosxi, centos6.

Everything went fine up until:

We've added some extra checks for dependencies, etc. to our upgrade script, because of our upcoming 2012 release. Most probably you don't need these packages with R 3.1 and you will not lose any functionality whatsoever. Basically, you can just ignore these errors.

You should be able to logout of the XI web interface and log back in to complete the upgrade
