Nagios Xi installation error

It din't work even after running the package.

Error Summary

This is the first time upgrade script doesn't work properly to install all packages. Any reasons on why its not able to install all the packages.

we tried to have a clean fresh install of nagios 5.5.11 on a new RHEL 7.3 machine, yet its is also running like old machine towing errors indicating to do "YUM LOCAL INSTALL"

Here is the install log, error and installation progress on fresh install of Nagios 5.5.11 on RHEL 7.3

My question here is, we were good till 5.5.6 we can see Installation complete after the upgarde/install, but when we try either 5.5.9 we get the errors. whats wrong here?

I remember a bug that I found related to this, please try upgrading this way (DON'T extract to /tmp/rpms or /tmp/nagiosxi and run it from there):

mkdir /tmp/NAGIOSINSTALLER
cd /tmp/NAGIOSINSTALLER
tar zxf /path/to/your/offline/.tar.gz
cd /tmp/NAGIOSINSTALLER/nagiosxi
./upgrade
