Information about availability report (formula)

I need some information about report availability in Nagios xi,

A customer ask me about report, they need the formula to calculate in availability report.

Is it possible to give me this information.?

This data comes from the avail.cgi in Nagios Core, the "formula" is a 5400 line C file found here
