AD Import Users Functionality

Post by ryeman6779 »

Hello Support,

While using the LDAP/AD Import Users feature I noticed that while searching for a specific group to select users from I could not see all of the groups underneath the folder I expanded.

It seems that there may be a limit to how many objects can be displayed underneath an expanded folder. Is there a way to be able display all of the expanded groups?

Thanks.

Do you have multiple domain suffixes? (Example: Some users have [email protected] and some users have [email protected])

Our code doesn't limit so if you're not seeing all of them it's likely because you are hitting the default AD limit of 1000, see here for more information and how to confirm that is actually the issue:
- Specifically see the Not All Active Directory Users Are Listed section

You are correct......It was hitting the limit set in AD.

Thanks for the quick response :)
