pnp4nagios CPU data displayed all 0 value

Hi Support,
We have pnp4nagios configured by previous colleague who has left. Recently we have one server encountered all 0 value despite there are actual CPU performance data available.

However CPU stats data available under monitoring:

Hello, @anthonywong. Please open the service check in XI, go to the Advanced tab and take a screenshot of the Advanced Status Detail page.
Also, please delete the RRD file, wait 15 minutes to allow Nagios to create a new RRD file. And then check to see if it started to populate with the correct data.

I removed the CPU RRD and XML files, until now after 1 day passed still not regenerated back. Anyway to triggered manually?

There should be a | (pipe) in the output before the performance date, see link above
