WMI Monitoring Custom Classes?

Post by scottmcdi »

Anyone,

I have written a custom provider that is running on my asset, and wish to retrieve and display values from a class that it provides. I don't see a way to do this with the stock WMI capability, but the check_wmi_plus plug-in looks promising.

Could you please point me in the right direction for this?

Thanks in advance,

- Scott

check_wmi_plus has a concept of custom modules that can churn generic WMI queries into Nagios parse-able results. There's some sparse documentation on this:
