They were all working before I converted the server to a VM on VSphere 5
the service NSClient++-0.3.9-x64 is started on the exchange server

Any Ideas?

Did the IP for your Nagios Server change when you did this?

You will need to add the current IP to your NSC.ini on the exchange server and then restart the NSClient++ service.

what errors are you seeing in the nsclient.log ?
